climate control issue

I am hoping that you might be able to help me. I have a 2013 Ram 1500. I updated the radio system last week. the truck was running just fine with the new update. then yesterday I was driving the truck and out off no where the radio system shut off and came back on. I was just getting to where I was going so I didnt notice it right away but then when I went to leave I found that the climate control is off and will not turn on. I have tried to do factory reset with it but it has not helped. I am trying to figure it out before I have to take it to the dealer tomorrow as they are closed today.

Give it several hours and power cycles. It will likely correct itself.
