Don't worry I didn't vote for Al Gore or believe in his climate change BS, but in my new 2500 with the 12'' screen my climate control isn't out putting the correct temp. The only way I can make it noticeably colder is to use the MAX button and then as soon as I reduce the temp from Low to say 63 degrees the vent temp is like 72 degrees. I have tried using Auto and with the zones in sync and after about 10-30 minutes later it feels like the temp I have set. I have over 7000 miles on it after 3 months from the purchase and no I haven't taken it back to a dealer yet.

Has anyone had issues with there climate control system?

Everybody has this issue. It’s max ac for cold everything else is 72.

From what I’ve read it has something to do with the coolant valve or blend door going to the heater core. Programming only closes off heat when on max ac.

It’s more of an issue for the southerners... as we have 7 months of winter (or so it seems)

I don't suppose this fixed this issue with the 2020 models?

Same issue 2019 2500 diesel. Heat is either 90 degrees or I have to have temp on low to blow cool air. Every temp in between low and hi blows hot. Brought to dealers attention and just got a generic response of that how these trucks climate control is.

oh I’m sorry but I spent a ton of money on this thing and you’re just going to tell me that’s just how they are? Bulls**t! Not acceptable in my book.

Agree. Awful. Seems to be a problem will all the 19s. Can only hope they will take care of this as more complaints come in.

Well, yea that is just how they are. Read up about it online, everyone seems to have the issue. Might not be acceptable to you, but thats just how they are.

It honestly shouldn’t be acceptable to anyone. Just because that’s how they are doesn’t make it right. It’s a shame us consumers have to put up a fight sometimes.
