Clock Spring?

First started to have airbag light intermittently. When it wouldn't come on at engine start once i turned the wheel past a certain point, it would pop on. Then It started staying on all the time. Now I have intermittent horn and loss of cruise control. Occassional loss of steering wheel audio controls but not as often.

Fuses all check out good.

I'm thinking Clock Spring?
