I put my Bilstein 5100s on my 06 1500 about a month ago maxed at 2". Now I'm getting a clunk/grinding noise from the front end when turning right. Seems to only do it after I have been driving for a while and then slow down or stop and turn right. Going down a country road and turning the truck from side to side it won't make the noise. It's pretty nasty sounding at times. Do these truck need a sway bar relocation kit? The end links seem to be at a harsh angle now. Could it be the struts are loose? I had a shop install them and had an alignment done along with new tires all at once. Balljoints all look good? I'm lost.

this scares me. im about to order the 5100s but i only cranked my tbars until i got about 1.25 inches and now i want to order these shocks but you said you cranked yours 2 inches. i think 2 inches is the most you want to crank the front end because of angle on the cv's. someone correct me if i am wrong here

I'm not positive it's the bilsteins fault but I didn't hear it until after install. Just not sure what to look at. Wondering if I should have them brought down to 1.2" of lift.

Update on this... it's not the bilsteins. After 90k the drivers side wheel bearing had enough.
