My gas gauge shows Empty and the gas light is on. I put fuel in my tank and it still shows empty and gas light on. I ran the code test and it showed "A4 10". What does this mean???

I don’t know the code, I would provide some more information about your truck, year, mileage, engine & how long you being having the problem.
On my 15’ with the 5.7, the sensor for fuel level wore out, it’s attached to the fuel pump inside the tank, as I understand it the sensor can be replaced separately but I ended up getting a new pump & sensor together.
The tank has to be removed or the bed of your truck lifted/slid back to access the fuel pump.
The sensor wearing out is fairly common, the search function on this forum should be able to give you some more details on potential fixes, there are a lot of knowledgeable members here that can help you more than me.
