It uses the stock air filter box base as its base therefore it utilizes the part off the base that comes out just behind the passenger headlight to suck in air.

I want to do that to my 07 ram 5.7 hemi...can you send me info on how and where to get the parts? I have a K &N filter...looking at doing what you did from air box to where the "hat" was. also I am looking if anyone has made a home made scoop going from stock air box to down by the front bumper.

Are you looking for a picture of Air raide set up or S&B set up ? I have the S&B with the intake scoop that comes out below bumper. If you want pictures let me know( have to take them real quick).

I've got an Airaid, mainly because I got it cheap. Sounds good, looks better than the stocker.
