I'm leveled also but it just seems easier to pop the hood, check the oil, fill the washer fluid and dump the can once a month.

But to each their own, mount it under the rear bumper if that suits you. :)

I've read it. I want to relocate my oil filter, too. So both should have nice robust hose lines. That jumps your price up a bit from that $42. I also like the idea of a valve at the bottom of the can, rather than screwing it off/on.

No the $42 was with the new hose, zi only paid $36 for the CC to start with.

I wss surprised how much crap mine caught on a 10,000 mile motor.

I was looking at hose wraps as part of my price. That surely jumps price over standard black hose

If they were free, EVERYBODY would have one.

I like not having that goop go thru my engine.

If you're looking at can with a dump valve Moroso makes a high quality can with a nipple on the end of the drain valve so it's easy to stick a piece of hose on it for draining into a catch basin. FYI the Hellcats and Demons have a built in air/oil separator right from Ma Mopar. If you're looking at catch cans, sometimes it's easier to punch in Air/Oil Seperator for a google search

Yup. I'm sold. Read the "$42 Catch Can" tread. No need to spend $150

I agree. I did a writeup on that thread as well. The cons are no z bracket and you need to replace the hoses and get a barb. The latter two are pocket change. Some may desire to change the fittings on the can, but that is not required.

I have a lifted truck, so the mounting location I picked worked great. I don't even have to get out the step stool, which I need to do for just about anything else.

Overall, no complaints, the can itself is solid and is not aesthetically displeasing. But, if you want to pay more for that can that does do it ALL right and not have to make some accomodations, there's absolutely nothing wrong with that either!
