Looking to upgrade all my factory speakers and can’t decide to go components or coaxial. Where are you guys running the tweeters?

Components.put the tweeter in the sail panel. They are cheap if you ever trade it in and keep the audio

Agree with the other posters. Components with tweeters in the sails. I bought a set of sail panels a long time ago for $14, threw them on a shelf in the basement. If I ever trade the truck, my scanspeaks are staying with me! ;)

If upgrading to an amplified system then components in front. 3 way is best with mids in dash and tweeters in sail. Coax is fine in the rear. Don't bother with roof tweeters and centre is more trouble than it's worth in my opinion. If just upgrading the factory speakers that depends on your system, but regardless you'll want whatever speakers are meant for the frequency band that location gets from the factory so dash would be better coax, front doors a midbass speaker and rear doors full range coax. General consensus is 2ohm are preferred for maximum output.
