Truck is pretty nice overall condition.
Gentleman seems to have taking care of it.
5.7 Hemi, 115,000 on the OD.
Anything I should be concerned with.
Can I reasonably expect to get another 75,000
Miles out of it?

I had the 5.9 in my 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 and when I sold it there was 365,000 miles on the original motor. Still had no problems other than some oil leaks.

My parents are now driving my 2003 2500 with the 5.7. Towed a lot with it, kept oil and fluids maintained, was in below zero weather for weeks at a time and saw plenty of 3-digit weather also. Only real issues were: 1) both front bearings went by 125k; 2) couple of header bolts broke (normal for the 5.7 I guess; and 3) O2 sensor gave me some problems, replaced one with a bad new one, then the sensor plug wire broke on second replacement. Truck has 170k on it now, looks and runs great. Enjoy your truck.

Yes, and since you asked elsewhere, no not every 5.7 has MDS but that one does unless someone disabled or removed it.
