Set it to 60 seconds.

your always so fast with the response time, thanks! just curious so i'm knowledgeable on it, why would that fix it? seems like a longer sleep time would keep it on longer and drain the battery that much more. do I need to exit the monitoring mode or can I leave it on the monitoring setting when I turn the truck off and just set it to 60 seconds?

If you have an old update, the 60 second setting is what was fixing that issue. You can also try updating the tuner again as Diablo's most current updates do not have this problem.

Try setting the timer to 60 seconds then.

You shouldn't have to. I have mine set to 60 seconds, and I sometimes go a couple weeks without driving it. No issues here.

The diablo sport trinity tuner listed at $599, that includes hemifever custom tune... Does it also have canned tunes ?

Yes it does. It comes preloaded with Diablo's canned tunes, and then we include the Hemifever custom tuning for free on top of that.

It just hit me, sorry Didn't read through the whole thread again. Kinda bummed, is it compatible with the 15 model yet (without cracking the ecu)?

If not... Is there another tuner that is?

There's about 3 different (active) threads going right now on tuners.. Just trying to keep the info funneling here, since it's already informative.

Every 15+ truck will need an unlocked PCM in order to run an SCT or Diablo tuner.

When is the tune going to be available for the 6.4 HD?

It is already available for the 2014 and 2015 6.4 trucks. They are still working on the 2016s.

Does the tuner allow you to turn off the stability control?

Diablo i2 w/ Hemifever Custom Tune - $469 shipped through Moe's

-30 hp/tq to the wheels
-Increased throttle response and drivability
-About 2mpg increase in mileage
-Speedometer corrected for tire size
-Free updates from Hemifever as you continue to modify your truck
-Single best bang for buck mod you can buy

That pretty much sums it up. If you were only going to buy 1 performance part for your truck, the tuner is that 1.
But don't you need to run premium to get the HP and torque gains? That $469 sure adds up when you need premium

The tuner is still the best bang for buck mod you can buy. While it is more expensive than it used to be, it is still well worth it IMO.
Not best bang for your buck with a 2015 having to buy a PCM and run 93 octane. If you like showing off or dragging your buddies go ahead but if you have a 2015 and it's your daily driver there's no sense getting it. I have the 3.92 gears and tons of power so I'm not spending $1000 just to spend more at the pump as well for premium and 20hp no thanks

You have done nothing but cry about tuners since the day you joined this site. In your expert opinion, please let us know what other performance mods you can put on a 2015-16 that will get you 30hp/tq to the wheels, much better throttle response/drivability, and better gas mileage?

I see you spent about $1500 for a leveling kit and 34" toyos which not only made your truck slower, but also caused you to lose some mileage as well. Funny how you can justify that, yet complain about tuning every time you get on the forum.
