Has anyone tried the coil spring spring spacer from oreilly or autozone on the 4th gen? I’ve been told that they’d work just want clarification

Don’t do it. Cheap doesn’t mean correct or good for your truck.

If you want a lift you’re going to pay for all the necessary components to complement the lift not just the springs. Nearly all lift kits out there provide springs, shocks, bushings, bolts/nuts, extended brake lines, frame mounts etc.

Here’s one of our supporting vendors:

Just by looking at the pictures you can see all the components of each kit, and yes, a quality lift is not cheap.

I think OP is just looking to level the truck. If so, the spacers will work fine but are usually the least desirable leveling option. Quicklifts or Bilsteins really aren't any more work than a spacer kit and will give you a better ride. Bilsteins add a little bit of complexity just because you have to disassemble your stock strut.

The vagueness of his post without links is why I suggested what I did. But yeah, a simple level job up front with Bilsteins or a reputable company for spacers will suffice.
