Always flush with distilled water. No t-stat in. Then refill with concentrate. I run a 190-195 t-stat . Se TX . Without issue. I just don’t like the t-stat over 195 personally . Also my factory t-stat had a small hole in it. (Air bleed). If your new one doesn’t have bleed hole. I’d drill one in it.
