I have a 2017 Ram 2500 Laramie with center high backup light and cargo camera. I cracked the plastic cover on the light. Is it possible to just replace the clear plastic or do you have to replace the entire assembly? I can't find any parts numbers for anything but the entire assembly.

I seriously doubt you'll find that from a dealership. I'd check with salvage yards, ebay, or aftermarket if I were in your shoes. No way I'd pay dealer prices for one of those.

My thoughts as well. I've been looking but not much luck. Even without the camera they are $500+ . I need to take mine off and see if the assembly comes apart.

You didn't say which model HD you have, but the non-camera CHMSL for a 2017 Ram 2500 CTD is about $45 before shipping...

The illustrations are poor though, and I can't tell if they look similar enough to be able to swap that section from the non-camera light to your light.

Thanks for the info, unfortunately it won't work with the camera and the clear lense off a non-camera assembly won't fit.
