2020 Classic Warlock...the plastic "screen" on my dash gauge cluster has developed a crack, right in the center, starting at the bottom and extending about 2/3 of the way upwards. Anyone experienced this?

Is yours the premium 7" cluster, or the base cluster.

Assuming it's the 7", this is the replacement part. OEM Mopar, on sale for 53$

Looks like the one for the base cluster isn't so cheap:

Of course, you'll want to verify part# fitment for your particular application, because sometimes Mopar screws up pics re part#s. The pic might show a premium mask/lens, but the part# actually be for a base cluster lens.

No, it’s not a common problem.

Contact Benny @AllMoparParts.com

He’s a preferred forum vendor and can probably get you a better price on the exact part you want.

Mine is the base cluster with only the speedometer and tach, fuel and temp gauges. Can just the lens be replaced or do you have to replace the whole gauge cluster as a single unit?

You can remove the cluster, then disassemble it and remove the lens/mask.

I did it once, but it has been so long ago I can't remember enough to be helpful with how to do it.

The links I posted above are just for the face/mask. So, yes you can just replace the lens/mask.

I’ve replaced the lens on several different vehicles and they were all pretty similar. I’ve never changed one on a Ram but I’m sure it will be pretty obvious once you get the gauge cluster out.

If you end up replacing the whole thing it's likely to be kind of PITA to do it all legitimately. Mine recently went bad and was replaced under warranty but the truck can't move once the part is ordered since the dealer has to send in mileage, etc. to be programmed into the new unit. Hopefully, you can replace just the lens.

If it helps, I had a crack in mine and ended up finding the plastic from another similar year vehicle in the junk yard and installing it myself. Took maybe 20 minutes all said, but I was also being super picky about getting the inside clean.

What's the process to change out just the lens. I'm definitely no mechanic.

After you remove the cluster, (4 screws in the cluster and 2 under the steering column).

6 plastic clips that you pry with a screwdriver.

If your careful you can even get them off without breaking them.

They look like this
