Cracked head, exhaust valve or blown head gasket?

Ok so just a little background on what happened. My truck is a 2002 ram 1500 4x4 4 door cab. 210,000 miles on it. It has the 4.7 magnum . It was a very strong hood running truck. I was on the high way an hour into the 2 hour trip home when the seatbelt or in this case warning chime got my attention. I noticed I was overheating so I immediately pulled over. Antifreeze was all over undercarriage. My bottom radiator hose was not connected. I reconnected it filled with antifreeze and water and attempted to start the truck. It had a different sound as it turned over not sureshow to describe but almost a whine. It wouldn't start. I got some starting fluid and was able to start it. White smoke and antifreeze was dumping out of exhaust pipes. I turned it off immediately and called tow truck. I don't know how much is able to leak by with a bad head gasket but the amount coming out of exhaust seemed excessive to me so my gut tells me there is more damage than just the gasket. I guess I will soon find out when I tear it down. This will be my first time down to the heads of any motor so any suggestions, tips, or knowledge would be appreciated. Thanks guys

Hopefully you didn’t hydraulic a cylinder. Could have bent a rod(s) , cracked a cylinder wall, or damaged a piston and valves. With that many miles on it I would get a rebuilt long block anyways.
