My 2015 cranks for around 5 seconds and then starts. Not always, but at least once a day. It's getting more often. I don't have access to a fuel pressure guage. No cel or codes. I did change out the fuel pressure sensor a few months ago when I got a code. I ordered a fuel check valve and will see if that's the issue.
I read that I can cycle the fuel pump by turning the key on and off a few times before starting it to get fuel back up to the engine. J did that yesterday and it still cranked a while before starting. It runs fine once it starts and gets 19 mpg combined.
How long should I turn the key for when cycling the pump? I left it on for a couple of seconds and cycled it 3 times. I'm not sure what may be the issue.
