My question to you all is what tires should I buy and why? And where should I get the wheels/tires.

Sounds like a lot of fun. I'd personally go with an AT unless you plan on digging around in mudholes. In which case, I suggest you find a different truck to partake in those activities.

Me and my buddy have yokohoma geolander at/s. Awesome tires. My buddy has had em for about a year and half with about 11k miles on em and they are barely worn down. And they are fairly cheap. Oh and they do great in anything except ice lol then again what tire does. I git through about 1.5 feet of snow in 2wd with these while towing a trailer. Just saying lol

Awesome plan, when I did this I bought tire and wheel package from RimZone. Great service and prices, the tires came mounted and balanced with new lug nuts on a pallet right to my driveway via semi truck.

The Duratrac is King on Ice, Geo-landers cost $$$$$ in Canada anyways.
I like the way those Zeons look like wide in an 18, just a thought!
