Cruise Control is Gone

Need some help. I installed a Sony HU a week or so ago and noticed today that my cruise control isn't working anymore. I've got a 2014 Express so I don't have steering wheel controls that do anything with the radio. However my gear up and down buttons work. Is the cruise function run through the factory radio?

what module did you use? make sure it has the latest firmware on it.

By module you mean the little black box that came with the harness?

It miraculously came back today so no issue with the head unit.

I have a 15 crew and it does the same thing. I took it to the dealer and it is the button on the stering wheel. It needs to be replaced he did not have one in stock so I'm going Saturday. Have the dealer check it out
