Like so many Millennials, it prioritizes work life balance and prefers to work from home.;)

At least expend the time and effort to detail under what conditions it works and what conditions it doesn't. There are potentially many causes. Remote diagnosis is hard enough, without any details it is impossible.

FYI, just report the duplicate threads instead of posting about in the thread. Forum staff can delete or merge threads and then the posts are relative to the topic.

Here is what I have found with BOTH my 2015 EcoD and my 2003 2500. I can make the cruse control activate if I hold for 10 sec. or so either the RES key or the SET key. It would seem that the CC key can't activate until one of either the RES or SET keys are "released". I didn't believe this process when I first saw it on some website a few months ago, but it does work. Give it a try and see if it can work in your situation.

As stated above some details would help.

But in general a lot of people, including myself, report that the cruise on/off button on the steering wheel sporadically works. About 25% of the time when I hit the button to turn on the cruise it doesn't work. I'll smack the back of the steering wheel and it will come on.......I was skeptical when I first read that comment also but it almost always works on mine. I need to take the time to pull the steering wheel cover off and take a look.
