REALLY nice work on the bracket!
I saw a dual-4LED setup on a '12 (horizontal fog) the other day that got me thinking.

Thanks. Yeah the horizontal double stack is similar to the vertical stack in that the opening is just slightly too small to fit both comfortably. I think a 6 LED would look and fit great on that style bumper.

Looks better than the vertical, but still kinda odd to me.

If my 42" light wasn't so cheap. I would do the pods.

The pods look cool but I may have a slight bit of OCD and i just don't like how they stick out a lil past the bumper....I guess I just like the flush or recessed look.

I'm confused. Did you look at the pics on the previous pages? They are totally flush with the new bracket/bezel. The bezel sits about 1/8" recessed into the Foglight opening in the bumper. Totally off topic, what grille do you have? I like it a lot.

No no....the OP's idea is a good one ...his is flush...I was talking about the pod bracket from like rigid...see how the pods protrude a lil past the bumper?

HEMI.
Cool project. I'm replacing my front bumper cover shortly after Christmas and it seems like the perfect time to do the LED pod upgrade. My experience with electrical work is replacing the batteries in my TV remote, so I'm unfamiliar with splicing, heat-shrinking, etc. Are there any companies that make "plug and go" units that work with the stock fog-light switch?

I only have experience with the Opt 7 pods that I recent bought. When they arrived, they already had a 9006 style plug on them, so once I mounted them, I just plugged them into the factory fog light wiring. If you run two pods per side, you would need a splitter to create two male connectors since each pod will need its own connector.

Ok so I'm done...for now. I installed everything back in after spraying the bezels with black rattle can "bedliner." I also installed my light bar today, but I'll start a new thread for that.
