I wonder how big one of those dial stickers are compared to that B&M cap. I really like that, just don’t care for the B&M logo and text stuff.

Interestingly enough, B&M did a "Would you buy this if we made it?" and "What changes from our prototype would you want?" thread over on the "other forum" last year before they put it into production and the most requested thing was to loose the lettering. I see they ignored the results.

You can add a Challenge coin if you want with double sided tape ! They make them for your branch of service, or PD ,FD just about anything. IMO looks better then a sticker, But stickers are cool

Well, ya kinda can’t blame them, tho. It is their logo. But then again, they coulda just left it as B&M on top, and SHIFTERS on the bottom. Id’a been fine with that.

Well, have you got it yet? I like that gear, and actually got a cool idea for it instead of using the B&M cap that goes on the face of it but I’m curious how big the decorative cap is that comes with it. I found this brushed Mopar cover that might look badass in the place of that B&M logo cap.


Only thing tho, it might look a little goofy when you’re driving because it won’t be straight up and down unless it’s in park...lol.

Well technically anything might look "goofy" since you'd have this scenario with anything you stick on there. The only way to combat that would be a self-leveling face but that's way to cost prohibitive and seriously goofy. Don't get the big deal where it points when the knob is turned, guess it's an ADHD thing. That said I ordered one of these a week ago because it's cheap at $15 and clean looking. I'll install so it "points" to whatever position it's in, could care less if it's straight up in drive lol.

I agree, its almost like whatever you stick there is going to be crooked at some point unless its self-leveling, is only supposed to be straight up and down; or pointing to, when the transmission’s in park. I don’t have a problem with that, I just dont care for the B&M logo tacking it up. That’s why I said, if they would’ve just put B&M Performance on the top, and Shifters at the bottom, I’d be happy.

Almost kinda wonder what the BM gear knob would look like with just the brite silver cap of the higher-end trucks stuck on it, and then mane one of them decals that you can buy for the cap on eBay

My truck has never auto parked itself, but couldnt you just dial it back to park, then back to drive without screwing up the clocking of the shifter?

For the factory knob, I think you have to unglue and reseat the decal or the actual face of the knob

For the B&M, the face is attached via a gasket and pressure, so it will turn to realign

I like this and may order one to cover up the B&M lettering...do you have it yet? Just want to make sure it's 1 1/2" before ordering.

No i don't have it yet, supposedly made to order. But if you look at the pics you can judge pretty accurately how big it is based on the OE knob
