dash speakers infinity system?

What are you guys doing with the center speaker when you replace the dash speakers? It a 2.5" right? Do you squeeze a 3.5 in there or do you just leave it in?

I leave it out. The center channel speaker tends to muddy the stereo separation between the other two.

As i said in your other thread, skip the dash speakers. it just isnt a good place to put speakers

I placed tweeters in the corner pockets and left the center empty on the system we built in my 05.

I did move my Hertz tweeters to the front door panel. It improved the sound considerably.

You cant fire a speaker off the windshield and have it sound good
