Hello,.. I have a 2001 dodge ram 1500 5.9L 4X4. The cluster is dead, it has gone dead a few times before and came back on it's own. The cluster reads "NO BUS". All the fuses under the hood and inside are good. The truck still starts and runs good. I've checked all wiring for bad grounds, none are bad. If the PCM is bad would it still start?...
