Dead Uconnect 8.4 Radio Screen

First post. 2015 Ram !500 Crew Cab Hemi. Three weeks ago my radio went blank. So, no back up camera, no parking sensor beeps, no radio. Also, my A/C controls will only direct air flow to defrost mode. Ive checked all of the fuses in the F Cavities. Suggestions please.

There's an in- line fuse for the radio near the break booster close to the firewall running with other wires . Some are completely wrapped up with the OEM black fabric tape .
This fuse has stumped others in the past ...give it a try [emoji1303][emoji6]

There's pictures of it in the 8.4" Radio Conversion thread somewhere ...I'll look for it and post here if I can find it .

I JUST HAD MY 2013 RAM 1500 IN FOR A COUPLE OF RECALLS. I HAD THEM CHECK OUT MY 8.4 NAV SCREEN AS WELL. WHICH IT WAS WORKING WHEN I PUT THE TRUCK INTO REVERSE, THE SCREEN WOULD SHOW MY BACK-UP CAMERA BUT AS SOON AS I PUT THE TRUCK INTO PARK, NEUTRAL, OR DRIVE IT WOULD SIT ON THE LOADING/ BLANK SCREEN. THE DEALERSHIP TOLD ME IT NEEDS A NEW RADIO/SCREEN WHICH IS GOING TO BE $1,220 TO INSTALL.

I finally tried a different dealership. They contacted higher powers (Detroit?) that had them delete the memory and download the program again. Evidently, I had a virus through satellite radio because previously the sound would go out for several days at a time. It has worked perfectly since then.
