I'm looking for a PW with no decals. Sorry, I just hate covering the body paint. I like white vehicles and would love a PW with full monotone White paint but know that's not an option.

Anyways, without ordering one (everything has shut down), how hard is it to remove the side decals? I can live with the hood, but not sides.

It's easy. You can use a hair drier to heat them up and peel or you can run to a parts store if not shut down and get a decal remover that goes on a drill. It's basically like a rubber eraser. It doesn't hurt the paint IF and it's a big IF your paint and decal surface is perfectly clean. I've used these alot and they work great, even take the glue residue off. Give it a quick wax after and you are as good as new.

I still don't understand why people want to take the PW decals off this most recent design. Now the ones with the puke/fire I get it, but these newer ones are pretty sweet.

Its probably like removing any sticker. Kinda a *****, but doable.

However, the black across the bottom of the truck is not removable that I am aware of. Its an option with the rebels, but comes standard with the wagon.

Well, because opinions are like assholes. We all have one. Ive never been much of a graphics guy myself.

I took mine off the sides and back , left the one on the hood . It was pretty easy just waxed it after I took them off . Cant tell they were ever there.

Thinking about removing the 2500 next

I own a 2018 PW. Silver and black. I live in AZ. Inside a year those crappy decals would be dried out and peeling. So when I bought it I told the dealer I wanted badge delete. They removed them. I can assure you, it's very hard to get them off. The dealer too 4 days for removal. I talked to the tech that did it and he was pulling his hair out. So if you're going to buy one, just tell them you want badge delete and let them go crazy. I'd never attempt it myself and I e been a tech for almost 40 yrs. Oh, and they did not charge me extra for removal. Best of luck with your new ride.

I’ve been considering removing the decals on my silver truck. Im not sure yet. I don’t mind the decals but I think for the long run I would like it better deleted. My brother has a white ‘19 with factory decal delete and it looks good.

From everything I’ve seen and like Sunnysideup and others have stated it should come off easily using a hair dryer and peeling it slowly and carefully and then cleaning it up and hitting it with some wax afterwards.

I used this method for the dealership sticker that was on the truck and it worked fine albeit on much smaller scale.
