This has gotta sound sweet...... if my one 10” sub sounds killer I can just imagine thisInstall looks good. I'm late to the party, but here's a pic of my foxbox with my two JL10w6v3s. I still haven't done any dynomating and definitely need to... Hell I haven't even put my driver's side back seat back in yet lol.View attachment 131845
Hmmm I'll have to look into this... Doesn't seem too expensiveI invested in an SMD DD1 and it is well worth it. Everything says amazing.

It really shines on SiriusXM. After 6 months of waiting for them to send me another $5/month deal to renew my 1 year subscription, I finally renewed last night. Listened to it on the way to work and had forgotten how big of a difference it made. The stubby antenna doesn't help lol. This has gotta sound sweet...... if my one 10” sub sounds killer I can just imagine this

I may get crucified for this and as shocking as it may sound, there will be absolutely no country music in my truck. You should check out Aaron Lewis country boy remastered by twisted something 420.. it's on YouTube I just downloaded it with videoder on my phone then put on flash drive... It's not really "country music"... I mean it's hard to classify what genreI may get crucified for this and as shocking as it may sound, there will be absolutely no country music in my truck.
I like their boxes, but almost $50 shipping is rough.
All this foxbox talk... so you can confirm that http://www.foxacoustics.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=DQC-110-V-D
will hold a jl w6? it's mounting depth is cutting it close...
No, the JL 10W6v3 requires a minimum pole vent clearance of .5 inch which this box won't provide. They don't seem to have the box I purchased for dual 10's... Only the 12 inch version. All this foxbox talk... so you can confirm that http://www.foxacoustics.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=DQC-110-V-D

I don't think it's needed for a foxbox since it's well constructed... Others may disagree, but if a box needs sound deadening, I'd question it's construction... Unless your are pushing some monsters.Should I line the inside with sound dampening material, some folks here said it really needed it?
I sent them an inquiry about what they can come up with...No, the JL 10W6v3 requires a minimum pole vent clearance of .5 inch which this box won't provide. They don't seem to have the box I purchased for dual 10's... Only the 12 inch version.
I can't remember what the clearance was on my box. It was really tight, but seeing these numbers is making me second guess. I need to pull my JL's out and inspect them. The netaudio tall box looks like it gives much better clearance. I may have to pull the trigger and see the difference.... Would also like to hear this setup in a sealed vs. ported box.I sent them an inquiry about what they can come up with...

Yeah, I've been looking at those to. That cost though... I have some experience in fiberglass box building... I've helped my buddy make them before... Maybe I'll fool around with it before I make any decisions I'll regret.I have a 12W6V3 in a NetAudio Tall box (sealed) and it sounds pretty great.
