Hello Everyone,

So I bought a new 2020 Ram Rebel last Saturday, which I love. However, I have this little defect in the plastic on the horn pad (I believe that is the correct term?), which looks like a scratch. It is really the plastic protruding up. I talked to a buddy who works for another dealer, who said it should be replaced since it is a manufacturer defect. I feel like I am being OCD, but with as much as I paid, I do not think it should have any defects, especially one I have to constantly look at. Do you guys think the dealer will replace the pad?

Looks like maybe a seam or some sort of defect under the "skin". Shouldn't be too hard for the dealer to swap if it's really bothering you.

Yeah that is what I am thinking. I know it seems a little petty, and it would not bother me if I had the truck a year or so, but spending so much on something brand new, it bugs me, ha!
