dent removal

hey guys an gals just wondering if there are any bodymen out there that could lend a little advice i dented my roof a little my doors locked themselves when i left the key in the ignition so i carefully climbed in through the sunroof but i left a small dent in the roof not real bad just a slight depression didn't even crease it but i don't wanna *** it up any more but it would be nice to get it out any ideas?

punch your headliner and it will pop out

I would think any good body shop could pop it out easily

Aren't there two parallel panels that form the roof? If you punch your headliner, I think you would just push on the bottom one, not the top...

how big is the dent? if you cant push it up from the bottome try a suction cup and pull it out.

You could always try the dry ice method.haha just a joke i have never hear of it actually working.

the dents about 2" in diameter and right on the outside edge of the roof ill try to sucton cup it but im skeptical i may just leave it cause right now it really not too bad i just dont wanna make it worse

paintless dent removal will get it out no problem.

with a sunroof there is definitely going to be space there because the glass slides back

From personal experience, take it to a paintless dent removal place. Don't try it yourself. I used Dent Doctor and they did great work.

thanks i looked i have a paint-less dent place here in town ill look into it
