Like most other mods we do to our trucks, different people have different experiences with the mods they buy. I have had a Diablo tuner on all 3 of my 4th gen trucks and I have NEVER had a problem with any of the tuners. They all have had a custom tune by Hemifever and if I ever had any questions about the tuner or the tunes he had installed he was always available to answer any question I had. I have never had any experience trying to contact or talking to any Diablo techs.
