Looking for opinions on what you guys would do.

I bought my diablosport t1000 from Moe's just over 2 years ago. The other day I plugged it in and it just started puffing smoke. Called Moe's and diablosport and my only option is to trade it in and get the new version. Trade-in value is a whopping $80-$100. I'm already $600 into this one, and I'll be another $500 into the next one after trade-in. I'm just wondering if I should jump ship and start with another company, or if I should bite the bullet and stick with diablosport.

Did you use and like the diablosport up until now? Did it work as you thought - better or worse?

Those answers might tell you is the money is worth updating or not.

I did use it and liked it, but I have nothing to really compare it to either. I come from a duramax before this, and there is no comparison to that truck, but I obviously understand that. I'm just more bummed that diablosport won't stand behind their product a little better. I'd feel a lot better just having to spend 100-200 to fix this rather than another 500. I'll be $1100 into tuning this truck at this point which really sucks.

Man, do I feel your pain. I've got a whole 2015 EcoDiesel that I liked, before the FCA flash updates. Now I'm stuck with a truck that isn't performing as it did.

Can you sell what you have?

I highly doubt anyone will buy a tuner that is smoked. Getting $100 from diablosport is probably the most I'd see
