HEY THERE,
My name is Enrique, my family owns a towing company. The Co. was founded in 1934, mi grandfather is in the "Towing hall of fame". In 1985, we started using Dodge Rams as our basic wreck. Since then, we used to fully repair them, gearboxes, engines, chasis, electric components, everything was fixed on our shop until this days...
Now fixing them is very dificult for us, the new electronics, sensors and programing have being an issue. Today, we spend a lot of money sending the rams to the stealership. They also take their time fixing them, that represent money loss for us too.
We do scan them, with generic OBDII scanners but, is not enoght.
Does anyone knows which is the software used in the dealership to program modules make diagnosis and all this stuff?? Ive heard of witech systems or about starscan.
WE HAVE RAMS ALL THE WAY FROM 2003 TO 2015
Any help? what would help us?
THANKS!
