Did the dealer break this? (Wiring Harness Plug)... HELP

We were having an CEL for a Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor Error.

The dealership told us it was a short in the wiring harness and added a "Bypass" or new wire to the harness to fix it.

The plugs in the photo are on the driver side frame rail.

I'm pretty darn confident a zip tie is not factory.. lol

Question is... Should the White Plug Have A Locking Arm like the black one?

I can't find a photo on line to compare these plugs to.

Can some shoot a pic of their plugs so i can compare to see if they broke this harness plug? PLEASE =)

Plugs like this one exposed to the elements over time can become brittle, so when trying to get them apart the latch can break off, using a tie wrap on plugs is common fix. not worth replacing the connector, IMHO
