Disappointed in SQ of the Alpine stereo

Just got a 12 Laramie and thought the stereo would be much better than it is. My 8 year old ford with the audiophile has a much better stereo SQ wise. More bass and clarity.

Love the features of the 730n but the sound is just lacking all around. Any cheap upgrades to help out the factory alpine set up? Just wish ram had partnered up with a better company than alpine on a 40k truck.

I'd buy the Diablosport or BD tuner if they just let me fade between dash & doors,and a 7 band EQ.
Can't beleive how poor it sounds for the $ they charge.

I agree. I had an 04 that had the Infinity Sound System and it was 10x better in sound quality than my new truck. It is the only part of the truck that I was disappointed with.
