Display current Gear trans is in

These are 2 things I wish my RAM did. Stay in the selected gear. No downshift or upshift. And would show current gear.

Hey @392DevilDog , gde did a trans tune on my 2016 ecodieselthat included forced gear on the paddle shift. It is very nice to shift it into and keep it in a gear like a manual for dirt and snow.

I too am trying to figure out how to keep the gear select display on permanently…

It's a PID I did research on and was able to come up with a custom equation to make it work, it's not a pre-defined one. With that said this is for a 2500 with a 68RFE so not sure it will work on a 1500 with a different transmission?

And for your other question, I've never seen a PID to display tire pressure. I can view mine on the EVIC so not something I ever looked into either.

An Edge CTS3 has a gear PID and will display it
