This has been happening for about a year now. When i start my truck my display screen sometimes takes up to 5 minutes to turn on. Meaning that if I am backing out, my camera won't come up and stereo won't work. Then out of nowhere it turns on. Didn't know if this is a known issue and if someone knows how I might be able to fix this.

Thanks in advance.

I never experienced this with my 2014. I was always waiting on the splash screen to load up and hit the accept button, but that took 15-20 seconds maybe, definitely not minutes. Not sure what would cause it, but hopefully someone can help point you in the right direction.

Sounds like a software issue for the head unit itself

I have been having issues with my EVIC and my center screen as well. This is on my 14 longhorn Laramie. I just found a post that there is a engineering screen. If you hold the heating up and cool down button for five seconds it will go into the screen. Scroll down and there will be a reset menu once you get to the reset menu go ahead and hit yes and it takes up to two minutes to reset. I just did this and it reset everything and now in the main screen comes on it shows the SRT symbol and at this point I have not had any problems don’t know if this will help you.
