Door Adjustment?

Just installed new fenders. Passenger side went on great but driver's side is giving me trouble. I've figured out what's not lining up - the driver's side door is too far forward, against the fender. All other body panels are lined up .There are many signs that the door needs to move back, probably a quarter inch. I'm new to messing with body panels - what do I need to do in order to move the door back?

I can't just move the fender forward because then the bolt holes do not line up with the cowl, or with the front clip .That's how I know the door is the issue.

loosen the bolts that hold the hinge to the body then slide it all back.
