door switch panel

2004 2500 ctd all of a sudden both front door panels that hold the switches just came loose.it appears that the housing has spread open.and now the tabs are broke off the panels.is there a good place to get the switch panels,i dont need the swithes.

I had the same problem, but I used a good weather striping glue and it hasn't moved since and I cleaned up the edges so you don't see the glue.
