Just keep any specifics to a minimum. Tell them if they ask that she's giving you the opportunity to be a salesman so early (most 16yr olds are usually car hops or detailers at that point) and leave it there. I dont want to sound harsh or anything but my friends have worked in dealerships where a new guy comes in and basically acts like they own the place (not saying you willl) and they just get the bottom of the barrel as far as trying to sell anything or get run out. Its a tough market out there right now so just keep things pushed under the rug untill you are comfortable and have been there a while.
Again I am not saying that you would do any of that, I'm just saying watch yourself on what you do, say and act for a while after you first start up there
BTW you have one hell of a ride there. I so want to run an r/t one of these days. I have taken a few 4th gens rc & qc, just no r/ts yet
