Driver profile not changing

I set up profile for myself and wife and linked to fobs. When we open truck with fob seat moves according to preference but last driver profile pic and radio settings does not change consistently. So seating is correct but must manually change profile if last driver was not person who unlocks car. Glitch? Profile should change automatically. Have 2022 Laramie. Any fix?

Have you tried to reset the 1 & 2 profiles again recently? My Uconnect did an over the air update month ago and the radio presets and couple other things would not save, it kept going back to a different preset. What I discovered was once I got all my seat, radio, mirrors, ect. where I wanted them I then without turning the truck off, save it to the S1 or S2 memory. If done correctly it should display it was saved on the cluster screen (EVIC).
