DRL modes?

Hi All, I was wondering if the DRL system had different "modes".... my DRLs seems like the headlights are always on, PLUS the halo ring along the exterior of the lens. Other RAM2500s that I've seen out there with the new body style only have the halos on for DRL. Is this something that can be adjusted?

Yeha I started getting into it with google.....wonder if Jscan can do it...
