Hey everyone I wanna get some options on what you think about dual shock or shock absorbers for a 2018 ram 1500. I want to get this set up but can’t seem to find any brackets. Also I got a leveling kit put in and got some 33x12.50R20 wheels on and noticed some shaking, is there anything I could do to fix it?

There’s really no need for a dual shock set up anymore. The only time I see them is on off road vehicles and they’ll use a coil over shock along with a bypass shock.
My opinion is you get what you pay for when it comes to shocks. And the rings true especially when you’re off the pavement.

The shaking you’re experiencing is not due to you requiring another shock. You have another problem problem. Wheels need to be balanced, alignment, something with the leveling kit is off. Not installed properly, not tightened, etc.
I did not mention any worn suspension or steering components because the truck is still brand new. But those can also cause a shaking feel while going down the highway.
