Has anyone ever tried programming the remote command for an exhaust cutout like Raceland or QTP to their HomeLink garage door opener buttons in the cab? I didn't find any information on how the remotes work for E-Cutouts and if it was the same as a garage door opener or not, but curious to know if it works. Would be sweet if it did! :)

You just link cut out transmitter like you would a garage door opener.

Hmmm I might just have to order the QTP wireless kit when I get a cutout and do that. Thanks for posting that.

David- You'll probably order one before I even get my cutout, so let me know if it works for sure with QTP :D

EDIT: Found this review on Summit, so it definitely works with QTP

Straight forward install, and works like it's supposed to. I highly recommend the remote wireless kit. Being able to open up the exhaust with a press of my cars built in home link button is just too cool.

If everyone pitches in just a little I'm willing to be the test mule for this :roflsquared:

Hopefully I can tuck a little away from my next couple checks and get this ordered soon. I'll report back when it happens.

I have the remote for my tonneau cover and for the gates at my apartments set up on my home link. I can't see why this wouldn't work, too.
