Hope I'm inquiring on the right forum. Let me know if there's a better place to ask. I've got a '92 diesel 2500 and think it needs a new turbo. It smokes heavily and screeches under a load and not much power. I only use this truck occasionally mostly to pull my skidsteer around so don't want to spend a fortune on a turbo. On Ebay I've seen so many cheapies I don't know which to choose. It's a Holset H1C turbo. Is there a preferred and reasonably reliable brand out there for aftermarket? Thanks for any help.
