Anyone had the problem when putting down the passenger window front and the back window goes down and the front one half way at the same time.

Does it happen all the time? Could something as simple as moisture got in the controls, but that would be bad over time. Take a video of it happening and get it to a dealer. You could pop door panel off while fresh off problem to see if there is moisture in there, in case that is it and it dries before service call. Good luck.
