Engine makes noise during acceleration immediately after programming with Supechips

I just added a Superchips programmer to my repetoir and tried the 91 octane setting. As soon as I finished the programming and got on it there is what to me sounded like an almost "electrical whining"... It did not sound right at all. Any ideas?

sounds strange. you sure it isn't the valves chattering?
