Engine Pause when turning over

I have a 2014 5.7 Hemi and just recently it started stopping during mid turnover for about 1 sec then starts up. Once it warms up and i stop it and start it up again it turns over without trouble. The battery is fine the connections are nice and clean. I just recently did an oil change on it and replaced the air filter. Can anyone help out on what might be causing this.

I'm thinking starter. Maybe the overrunning clutch or bendix in the starter. not positive, kinda of a guess.

My 2015 does the same thing. Just a split second pause before it fires up, but only on first start of the day.. Haven't mentioned it to dealer yet.
