Error code 20

Hey guys new to the group, .aybe I'm not looking in the correct place but I can't find a answer to this.

I have a 2020 1500 limited, last night through screen told me it was going to do a update ,shut truckoff and it will do it over night. Anyhow this morning I was greeted with " update failed error code 20 see your dealer" any advice would be appreciated.

You can disconnect the battery for a while and see if that clears it, otherwise you might have to take it a dealer as the update failed.

Uconnect told me it's a firmware failure. A common issue that will replace the entire radio free of charge

Were you able to get this fixed, Error 20 is a problem with the Sierra Wireless Card. If you're willing to open up the radio, it's the card on the side of it. You'll most likely need to purchase a new card for it to work correctly and then you can update your system.
