was driving perfectly fine today, 2023 ram rebel etorque 88k miles then i shut it off and went into gym came out 1 1/2 hour later started it up and truck has engine light and low voltage took it to autozone and battery is not getting any charge while running from the 48v system have no squealing from generator but now power from the system to battery, but i did before that now truck is stuck in autozone parking lot and trying to figure it out before towing to dealer any help or info would be great

as you mean the battery pack? or the generator

48v battery module. It’s located behind the rear seat on the driver’s side. The MGU (Motor Generator Unit) charges the 48v battery and the 48v battery module charges the 12v battery. When the MGU fails it’s usually because of bearing failure. Obviously I’m going by what you said about not hearing any noise coming from the MGU. Your dealership should be able to diagnose the issue pretty quickly.
