:rockit: I own a 2007 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi. The truck runs good. It is 100% stock. The truck has excessive heat inside the cab area. It feels like a sauna inside the truck. After inspection under the truck there are no leaks. Engine temperature gauges are normal. It does not feel so bad when it is raining or the outside temperature is below 55.

Does anyone know the cause of this heat problem and a possible remedy?

I think there is a valve that controls flow to the heater core. It could be stuck open.

I had a problem with my cab not cooling down and poor airflow through the vents. The air recirculator door hinge broke and the flap door fell blocking all of the air flow. Three screws to drop the fan motor below the glove box and just reached up and removed the door. That fixed it.
