Exhaust back pressure sensor

My exhaust back pressure sensor tube has developed a hole in it. Trying to track one down is proving hard. The sensor is fine, the tube looks like a break line - can I make a new tube? What fitting does the sensor have?
Anyone ever messed with this?

Yes make a new one , mabe a hydraulic line shop could be of help , either with fittings or complete fabrication.
